Job Description

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects including planning, timelines, budget, and risks 
• Coordinate with business teams, IT teams, and vendors and share updates on progress and risks 
• Lead ERP/CRM, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and AI projects ensuring compliance and standards 
• Work with developers and engineers to ensure quality work and implementation 
• Follow Agile or Waterfall and support team guidance and process improvement 

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager 
• Technical background in Linux and programming (Java or similar) 
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
• Proficiency in Japanese (Native or JLPT N1) 
• Good English communication skills
