Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end project management process, from project initiation to successful delivery, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria while maintaining a clear understanding of business goals.
• Work closely with the development team to estimate project efforts, identify potential risks, and plan resources effectively.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between software developers, quality assurance, design, and product teams to ensure a cohesive project development process.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to keep the project on track.
• Conduct regular status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any concerns or roadblocks.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs while proactively communicating the impact to relevant parties.
• Implement project management best practices and agile methodologies to optimize team performance and project delivery.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Continuously assess project outcomes, seeking feedback, and identifying areas for improvement in future projects.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a software development environment.
• Hands-on experience as a software developer is essential to understand the technical complexities of projects.
• Strong familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and agile project management practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams effectively.
• Ability to analyze project requirements, identify risks, and provide innovative solutions.
• PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
