Job Description

• Design, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with global IT teams to implement network solutions that align with corporate strategy.
• Manage firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols to protect company data and assets.
• Maintain documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and hardware/software upgrades.
• Support disaster recovery plans and network redundancy strategies.
• Conduct root cause analysis of recurring network issues and propose long-term solutions.
• Work closely with vendors and service providers for network infrastructure support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in network engineering or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network hardware.
• Understanding of network security principles and best practices.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural, global environment.
• Business-level English; Japanese language proficiency is an advantage.
