Job Description
This role focuses on driving marketing strategy to support revenue growth and brand positioning. It involves managing campaigns, improving lead generation and conversions, and working closely with sales and product teams. The position also requires using data to optimize performance and leading the marketing team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals, ensuring consistent pipeline and business growth
- Oversee execution of integrated marketing initiatives across digital, events, and brand channels while optimizing spend efficiency
- Drive clear market positioning and messaging to strengthen brand presence and competitive differentiation
- Partner closely with sales and customer success to enhance conversion performance across the full customer lifecycle
- Build, lead, and develop the marketing team while embedding a strong data-driven and performance-focused culture
Requirements:
- Strong background in leading marketing functions within a B2B SaaS environment, with proven impact on revenue growth and brand positioning
- Demonstrated ability to own the complete marketing cycle, from identifying opportunities to executing strategies and optimizing performance outcomes
- Understanding of key marketing areas including demand generation, product marketing, PR, and website optimization (CRO)
- Experience using CRM and analytics platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics
- Japanese skill: Native or JLPT N1
- English skill: Business
