このポジションは、戦略的な計画策定、テクノロジーの導入、そしてビジネスチームと技術チーム間の効果的な連携を通じて、全社的なIT戦略の策定、業務効率の向上、ガバナンスの強化を図るものです。

【職務内容】

• 長期的なテクノロジー戦略を策定し、ビジネス上の優先事項を実行可能なIT計画に落とし込む。
• 業務上のニーズを評価し、実用的でコスト効率の高いテクノロジーソリューションを提案する。
• 経営陣および技術チームと連携し、優先事項を整合させ、関係者の合意を得る。
• 組織全体のIT統制、ガバナンス、システム統合に関する取り組みを推進する。
• 自動化、SaaSの導入、そして最新のテクノロジーソリューションを通じて、業務効率を向上させる。

【応募資格】

• 情報システム分野で5以上の経験があり、IT計画策定と戦略開発の実務経験があること。
• チームリーダーシップの実績があり、ITプロジェクトを成功裏に遂行した経験があること。
• 日本語：ネイティブレベルまたは日本語能力試験N1レベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

The role is about shaping company-wide IT direction, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening governance through strategic planning, technology adoption, and effective collaboration across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Shape long-term technology direction and translate business priorities into actionable IT plans.
• Evaluate operational needs and recommend practical, cost-conscious technology solutions.
• Coordinate with leadership and technical teams to align priorities and secure stakeholder agreement.
• Drive IT control, governance, and system integration initiatives across organizational functions.
• Advance operational efficiency through automation, SaaS adoption, and emerging technology solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in information systems with hands-on exposure to IT planning and strategic development.
• Demonstrated capability in team leadership and successful delivery of IT projects.
• Japanese skill: Native or JLPT N1
• English skill: Business
