【主な職務内容】

• 日々の安定した運用を維持しながら、エンタープライズネットワークインフラストラクチャの設計、実装、および継続的な改善を主導します。
• デバイスライフサイクル管理、システム管理、および社内ワークフローの自動化イニシアチブを推進し、効率性を向上させます。
• 最新のアクセス制御、ガバナンスプラクティス、および堅牢なITアーキテクチャを導入することで、エンタープライズセキュリティを強化します。
• システム統合や部門横断的なインフラストラクチャ改善など、事業拡大プロジェクトにおけるIT統合活動を支援します。
• 社内関係者と連携し、エンタープライズプラットフォームを最適化し、拡張性の高いテクノロジーソリューションを提供します。

【要件】

• 計画、アーキテクチャ設計、導入、運用サポートを含むエンタープライズITインフラストラクチャプロジェクトの実務経験。
• 企業ネットワーク、エンドポイント管理、セキュリティアーキテクチャ、SaaS統合、自動化、またはエンタープライズシステム移行に関する高度な専門知識。
• 中規模から大規模組織において、技術革新、業務プロセス最適化、部門横断的なIT変革イニシアチブを推進してきた実績。
• Google Workspace、Jamf Pro、ネットワーク、セキュリティ、スクリプトツールなどのエンタープライズITプラットフォームおよび自動化技術に精通。
• 日本語能力：ネイティブレベルまたは日本語能力試験N1以上
• 英語能力：仕事

The role is about building and improving a scalable internal IT environment that enhances employee productivity, strengthens operational efficiency, and supports long-term business expansion through modern infrastructure, automation, and secure enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise network infrastructure while maintaining stable day-to-day operations.
• Drive automation initiatives for device lifecycle management, system administration, and internal workflows to improve efficiency.
• Strengthen enterprise security by implementing modern access controls, governance practices, and resilient IT architecture.
• Support IT integration activities during business expansion projects, including system consolidation and cross-functional infrastructure improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize enterprise platforms and deliver scalable technology solution

Requirements:

• Hands-on delivery of enterprise IT infrastructure projects covering planning, architecture, deployment, and operational support.
• Strong expertise in corporate networking, endpoint management, security architecture, SaaS integration, automation, or enterprise system migration.
• Proven ability to drive technology enhancements, business process optimization, and cross-functional IT transformation initiatives in medium to large organizations.
• Proficiency with enterprise IT platforms and automation technologies including Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, networking, security, and scripting tools.
• Japanese Skills: Native or JLPT N1 above
• English Skills: Business
