この職務は、Microsoft Power PlatformおよびMicrosoft 365ソリューションに関する高度な専門知識を必要とします。業務プロセスの改善を推進し、部門横断的な関係者と連携し、ハイブリッドワーク環境において拡張性の高いビジネスアプリケーションとワークフロー自動化ソリューションを提供することが求められます。

主な職務内容：

• ビジネスステークホルダーと連携し、業務上の課題を理解し、効果的なデジタルソリューション戦略へと転換する。
• Microsoft 365およびPower Platformサービスを活用し、ビジネスアプリケーションとワークフローの自動化イニシアチブを推進し、社内プロセスを改善する。
• 技術チームおよび外部パートナーと緊密に連携し、システム強化およびプラットフォーム統合活動のスムーズな調整を確保する。
• 分析、構成レビュー、検証サポート、展開準備、運用安定化に至るまで、プロジェクト活動を監督する。
• 課題管理、ユーザー導入支援、継続的なプロセス最適化をサポートしながら、ユーザーとプロジェクトチーム間のコミュニケーションを促進する。

要件：

• ビジネスアナリスト、システムアナリスト、または類似のエンタープライズIT職種における3以上の実務経験。
• Power Apps、Power Automate、Power BI、SharePointを含むMicrosoft 365およびPower Platformテクノロジーに関する豊富な実務経験。
• 要件定義、ソリューション調整、テストサポートを含むシステム導入プロジェクトへの参加経験。
• アジャイル開発環境またはAzure、AWSなどのクラウドプラットフォームの経験があれば尚可。
• 日本語能力：日本語能力試験N2以上。
• 英語能力：ビジネスレベル。

The role is about a strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 solutions. The role involves driving business process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering scalable business applications and workflow automation solutions in a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and convert them into effective digital solution strategies 
• Deliver business application and workflow automation initiatives using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services to improve internal processes 
• Work closely with technical teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination for system enhancements and platform integration activities 
• Oversee project activities across analysis, configuration review, validation support, deployment preparation, and operational stabilization 
• Facilitate communication between users and project teams while supporting issue management, user adoption, and continuous process optimization 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or similar enterprise IT roles 
• Good practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint 
• Experience participating in system implementation projects involving requirement gathering, solution coordination, and testing support 
• Exposure to Agile-based project environments or cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS would be advantageous 
• Japanese skill: JLPT N2 or above
• English skill: Business
