このポジションは、グローバルなデリバリー環境において、クラウドおよびインフラストラクチャ関連プロジェクトを主導する役割を担います。クライアントおよび国境を越えた技術チームとの緊密な連携を図りながら、エンタープライズインフラストラクチャ関連の取り組み全体にわたるプロジェクトの実行、ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション、およびデリバリー業務を管理します。

主な職務内容：

• インフラストラクチャおよびクラウド移行プロジェクトのエンドツーエンドのデリバリーを主導し、納期、品質、顧客の期待を確実に満たす。
• 国内外の技術チームと連携し、プロジェクトの実行と運用活動を効果的に管理する。
• 顧客と連携し、ビジネス上の課題を理解し、プロジェクトの範囲を定義し、ソリューション提案活動を支援する。
• ステークホルダーおよび経営陣への報告のために、プロジェクト計画、進捗状況の報告、プレゼンテーション資料を作成する。
• コミュニケーションの調整、コラボレーションの改善、ジュニアプロジェクトメンバーの指導など、チーム管理活動を支援する。

要件：

• IT関連プロジェクトの管理または主導経験3以上
• AWSまたはAzureクラウド関連プロジェクトおよびインフラストラクチャ環境の取り扱い経験
• 円滑なプロジェクト実行を確保するために、顧客、ステークホルダー、技術チームと連携する高い能力
• PowerPointの使用経験
• PMP、PMBOK、ITIL、または同等のプロジェクト管理資格があれば尚可
• 日本語能力：日本語能力試験N3以上
• 英語能力：ビジネスレベル

This role is to lead cloud and infrastructure-related projects in a global delivery environment. This role involves close coordination with clients and cross-border technical teams while managing project execution, stakeholder communication, and delivery operations across enterprise infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and cloud transformation projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer expectations are met 
• Coordinate with domestic and offshore technical teams to manage project execution and operational activities effectively 
• Engage with clients to understand business challenges, define project scope, and support solution proposal activities 
• Prepare project plans, progress updates, and presentation materials for stakeholders and executive reporting 
• Support team management activities, including communication alignment, collaboration improvement, and mentoring junior project members

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing or leading IT-related projects 
• Experience handling AWS or Azure cloud-related projects and infrastructure environments
• Strong ability to coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution 
• Experience using PowerPoint 
• PMP, PMBOK, ITIL, or similar project management certifications are an advantage
• Japanese skill: JLPT N3 or above
• English skill: Business
