プロジェクトチームと連携し、顧客の要件をソリューションに落とし込みます。データマッピング、ETLスクリプト作成、データ検証、移行問題の解決に加え、技術およびビジネス関係者との連携も担当します。

職務内容：

• プロジェクトマネージャーおよびビジネスコンサルタントと協力し、顧客の要件をソリューションに落とし込みます。
• データ変換のためのマッピングを作成し、データを分析します。
• データマップを作成し、ETLスクリプトを作成し、移行データの検証を行い、問題を解決します。
• 設計および実装段階において、クライアントの技術チームおよびビジネスオーナーとコミュニケーションを取ります。

応募資格：

• コンピュータサイエンスまたは関連分野の学士号
• SQLおよびリレーショナルデータベースに関する高度な知識、クエリ、結合、集計の経験
• 変換スクリプトおよび複雑なCASE文の作成経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（技術的なコミュニケーション能力を含む）
• 顧客と複雑な問題について議論し、専門用語を扱うための日本語能力（日本語能力試験N1以上）

Work with project teams to translate customer requirements into solutions. Involves data mapping, ETL scripting, data validation, and resolving migration issues while coordinating with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Work with project managers and business consultants to translate customer requirements into solutions 
• Create mappings and analyze data for data conversion 
• Create data maps, write ETL scripts, validate migrated data, and resolve issues 
• Communicate with client technical teams and business owners during design and implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field 
• Strong SQL and relational database knowledge with experience in queries, joins, and aggregations 
• Experience writing transformation scripts and complex case statements
• Business-level English with ability to communicate technically 
• Japanese skills (JLPT N1 or above) to discuss complex issues with customers and handle technical terminology
