Job Description
The role is about driving market expansion initiatives within the energy sector through partnership development, service planning, and commercial strategy execution. It involves coordinating multiple stakeholders, navigating industry frameworks, and supporting long-term business growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and expand relationships with electricity retailers, aggregators, and other strategic partners to support market growth initiatives.
- Develop commercial roadmaps and implementation plans for distributed energy and grid-related service programs.
- Engage with regulatory bodies, industry groups, utilities, and public sector organizations to encourage service adoption and market participation.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with internal business, operational, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor industry developments, evaluate market positioning, and provide business insights and recommendations to regional and global leadership.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience within the power, utilities, or energy sector, including exposure to energy storage solutions.
- Strong capability in commercial planning, financial analysis, stakeholder engagement, and project execution.
- Working knowledge of electricity market structures, including capacity and grid balancing mechanisms.
- Japanese Skills: Native Level
- English Skills: Business Level
