コロナウイルスの影響でズームの面接が増えてきました。最近は色々な面で生活様式が変化しています。私はこれから、経験から得たオンライン面接の８つの助言をお伝えします。 オンライン面接の時は画面ではなく、カメラを見ることでアイコンタクトができることや バックグラウンドの大切さを教えたいと思っています。ここにはあなたの力になれる助言を集めました。 オンライン面接で成功するための８つの助言 １．静かな環境を保つこと オンライン面接中、後ろで子供の泣き声だけではなく、携帯の通知や隣部屋の会話でも あなたの集中に影響する可能性があります。 色んなことが起こるのは当たり前のことですが、通常は面接の時何かが起こると、 皆それに反応する。しかし、ズームで面接を受けている場合、あなただけがそれに反応することになってしまうのだ。それが原因で質問を理解出来なかったり、勘違いをしてしまったり、重要なタイミングを失う可能性が高いのです。そこで、携帯をマナーモードに入れるのを忘れずに、集中できる部屋でズームの面接をしましょう。 ２．バックグラウンド（背景）重要です 面接にきちんとした制服選んで、バックグラウンドの写真で失敗する可能性があるので、 ご注意ください。バックグラウンドを選ぶ方法は二つあります。 つ目はシンプルな空白の壁を選ぶことです。 二つ目は自分の性格を見せる写真を選ぶことです。難しいかもしれませんが、 自分を魅せるチャンスだと思いましょう。特に、仕事が出来るようなバックグラウンドを みせるのは大事です。あなたが時間と手間をかけて頑張ろうとした証になります。 3. 部屋の明るさの重要性 蛍光灯や白熱灯の照明だけでは、有利ではない場合があります。プロの照明は必要ないですが、窓からの自然光を利用し、顔を鮮明に見せる必要があります。可能であれば顔の前に光やライトが当たるように座ってください。コンピュータカメラではほとんど機能しないので、 光源を背後に配置するのに役立ちません。 ４．イヤホンをつけて下さい テクノロジーを使っている場合は、バグやノイズが発生するのは当然のことです。 又、インターネットからの情報は遅れる可能性があります。このような遅れはエコーの原因になります。ヘッドホンやイヤホンを使ったら声の品質が上がる上に、外からの邪魔な音から守もります。イヤホンを付けているだけで良い印象になります 5. 時間厳守をすること 時間厳守であることは、候補者が所有する最も重要な基準の1つです。そのため、 面接の15分前に多くの人が面接に行きますが、オンライン面接は異なります。空白の画面を15分間見つめていると、実際の会議のことを忘れる可能性があります。早すぎると最悪の場合、ズーム面接は企業にとっても新しい為、他の候補者の面接に参加する可能性があります。 誰かを待たせるのは良くないので、遅れて現れると面接で落ちる可能性が高いです。 それを防ぐため、面接の10分前と2分前の両方にアラームを設定することをお勧めします。 10分間のアラームが鳴ったら、机に座りズームを更新して、メモを用意します。 2分間のアラームを聞き、面接に参加します。 この方法は、問題やソフトウェアの更新を回避するのに役立ちます。それでも遅れる場合は、必ず謝罪し、遅れた理由を明確にしてください。 6. 話す前に一呼吸置きましょう 対面でのコミュニケーションでは、会話はスムーズに行えると思います。但しオンライン面接では、少し止まってから話始めることをお勧めします。採用担当者とあなたが同時に話すと、 ラグや騒音が発生します。その為、話す前に採用担当者が話を終えたことを確認することが重要です。一呼吸置き、頭の中で文章を構成し、エコーノイズなくはっきりと話せます。 そして、採用担当者はあなたの話をきちんと聞き、理解を深めることができます。 7. 自分をレコーディングすること 自分が他の人に、どんな感じで見られているかは分かりにくいです。なので、私はいつも面接の前、ミラーに向かって練習していました。しかし、オンライン面接では人ではなくカメラに向かうので少し違います。自分のレコーディング見ると、面接官は私をどのように見ているのか、客観的に見ることが出来ます。そして自分の直すべきところを見つけることが出来ます。 その上に自分の声を聞くことで、相手にどのように聞こえているか、聞き辛くないか、 自分の表情や手の動きなどを確認することも重要になってきます。 8. ネットワークの安定性の確保 ほとんどの人は、ストリーミングビデオがダウンロード中で止まるか、 Webサイトの読み込み時間が長くなるか、あまり気にしたりはしません。 但し、オンライン面接では採用担当者は接続が改善されるまで待ちません 安定性が高くなるため、有線接続を使用するのが最善の方法です。 有線LANに接続できない場合は、ラップトップまたはPCをルーターの近くに移動することをお勧めします。 友人に電話をかけ、接続、カメラ、マイクの安定性を確認することもできます。 助言は以上となります。 少しでもお力になれたら嬉しいです。 お時間ありがとうございました。 opening jobs…
