Overview
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering:
- Demonstrate exceptional requirement gathering techniques with minimal direction from
engagement management - Design, conduct and facilitate requirements sessions
- Organize and sequence requirements into a user requirements document
- Write well-formed, validated requirements and manage changes
2. Analysis and Business case
- Review and analyze relevant documentation to ensure the understanding of an organizations
function and capabilities - Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create systems solutions that support overall
business strategies. Work with the business and technical / system client stakeholder to
understand the underlying technologies and systems - Documents system requirements, defines scope and objectives, and assists in the creation of
system specifications that drive system development and implementation - Expertise in both business and technical expertise
Must have skills and requirements:
- Project Management – Planning and Tracking the projects from customer side
- Bilingual Skills in Japanese (native or JLPT N1 level equivalent)
- Insurance business domain experience
