このポジションは、バックエンドエンジニアリング、自動化、パフォーマンス改善を通じて信頼性の高いソフトウェアシステムを開発・強化し、チームと協力してスケーラブルな技術ソリューションを提供することが主な役割です。

主な職務内容：

• JavaおよびPython技術を用いたバックエンドアプリケーションの設計、開発、保守。
• Linux環境におけるAPI、システム統合、アプリケーションコンポーネントの構築と強化。
• パフォーマンス、安定性、信頼性を向上させるためのシステム監視、トラブルシューティング、最適化。
• 技術チームと連携してソリューションを提供し、設計に関する議論に参加し、コードレビューを実施。
• 自動化イニシアチブ、CI/CDプロセスをサポートし、本番環境における技術的な問題を解決。

要件：

• ソフトウェア開発経験5以上、特にバックエンドエンジニアリングに関する深い知識。
• Java、Python、Linux/Unix環境、シェルスクリプトに関する実践的な専門知識。
• RESTful API、バックエンドサービスの開発経験、Gitなどのバージョン管理システムの使用経験。
• ソフトウェア開発の実践、トラブルシューティング、問題解決手法に関する深い理解。
• クラウドプラットフォーム、DevOpsプラクティス、コンテナ化、分散システムに関する知識があれば尚可。
• 日本語能力：ネイティブレベルまたは日本語能力試験N1レベル
• 英語能力：ビジネスレベル

The role is about developing and enhancing reliable software systems through backend engineering, automation, and performance improvements while collaborating with teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Python technologies.
• Build and enhance APIs, system integrations, and application components within Linux environments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize systems to improve performance, stability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions, participate in design discussions, and conduct code reviews.
• Support automation initiatives, CI/CD processes, and resolve production-related technical issues.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development with strong backend engineering knowledge.
• Hands-on expertise in Java, Python, Linux/Unix environments, and shell scripting.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs, backend services, and working with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong understanding of software development practices, troubleshooting, and problem-solving techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, containerization, or distributed systems is preferred.
• Japanese skill: Native or JLPT N1
• English skill: Business
